Health Preparedeness

  1. Hydration Tip: Consider bringing electrolyte tablets to dissolve in water bottles daily. This will help maintain hydration levels during the pilgrimage.

  2. Footwear: Stick with your existing footwear; breaking in new shoes during Hajj could lead to painful blisters from all the walking.

  3. Health Preparedness: Bring plenty of cough drops or lozenges as getting sick is almost inevitable during Hajj; it's almost a rite of passage.

  4. Chafing Prevention: Apply ample vaseline to areas prone to chafing due to extensive walking to ensure comfort throughout Hajj.

  5. Physical Readiness: Hajj involves considerable walking, so being in good physical condition beforehand is advisable.
